The Kilowatts for Education consortium is currently looking for regional buyers for the projects' Renewable Energy Credits (REC). The charter member projects are all currently scheduled to operate under Ohio's Net Metering law. We believe these RECs will be premium RECs as the power will be used on sites essentially eliminating transmission losses. The projects will also directly benefit the local communities and economies.
