Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds is a charter member of the Kilowatts for Education Consortium, and installing a single 500kW wind turbine at its Berea, Ohio campus.

By installing the turbine, the fairgrounds will offset their long-term operating costs and reduce public tax dollars.

They are also creating a tremendous opportunity for student and public renewable energy education. Along with educating tomorrow's renewable energy workforce in this guaranteed growth industry bringing green jobs to the state of Ohio.
